Efficiency/Effectiveness
This is the First in our series of The Four Transitions: how we can prepare ourselves for our future infrastructure decision making needs as we move into the World of the ‘Internet of Things’. It looks at the concepts, mindsets, infrastructure design, governance and funding issues of moving from a focus on efficiency to one of a focus on effectiveness and consider what tools and techniques are best suited. This is currently being featured.

Sustainability/Adaptability
This is the Second of the Four Transitions – moving from a focus on sustainability to a focus on adaptability. What is involved in this change of focus? As with the first in the transition series, we consider concepts, mindsets, design, governance and funding issues and consider what tools and techniques are best suited. To be developed 2018 3rd quarter.

Risk/Uncertainty
This is the Third Transition. From a focus on risk, and its management by probability statistical analysis, to a focus on Resilience as a way of managing uncertainty. As with both of the previous transitions, we build on what we already have and extend our capabilities to deal with the new. To be developed 2018 4th quarter

Growth/Prosperity
This is the Fourth Transition and it builds upon the previous three to explores whether it is possible to adopt a focus on prosperity for all, irrespective of the level of growth (or GDP) To be developed 2019 first quarter.
